Our services also include various processes in the areas of surface grinding and blasting. With several centrifugal small parts vibratory finishing machines and several circular vibratory finishing machines we carry out the processes blasting, vibratory finishing and polishing with variable grinding and polishing media.

• Surface grinding for small parts on centrifugal systems
• Surface grinding for larger parts on circular vibrator systems

Blasting

Burrs and surface roughness can be removed or improved by blasting processes. We do this on cabin blasting machines and tumble belt blasting machines with different blasting media
We use the following blasting media:
• Blasting with glass beads
• Blasting with steel scrap
• Blasting with corundum
