We also support our customers in improving logistics processes with modern logistics tools.

Within the hardening area, the material flow of untreated and heat-treated parts is clearly separated, with the areas for inbound and outbound deliveries located on opposite sides of the building. This greatly reduces the risk of delivering parts that are not heat treated. We have optimised transport routes within the building, with the material being transported through the hall via the hardening systems themselves.

Value stream design

Thanks to optimised value stream design, we design efficient material flows via interfaces with our customers with the aim of optimising production processes, reducing stocks and throughput times and keeping transport costs and space requirements to a minimum.

Supermarket

We can help design Kanban circuits, and we also set up supermarkets for our customers, in which deliveries are made using the push system and are supplied with a new Kanbank cycle using the pull system from the supermarket. In this way we help to reduce inventory but also to be able to react quickly to market fluctuations.

Packaging

We also pack according to their packaging regulations for our customers. Especially after fine cleaning, the parts must be cooled in the clean room and packed in VCI bags, otherwise the technical cleanliness of the parts cannot be guaranteed.
